Scope of the Problem:
The culture at our client’s workplace was laced with family business values. The owners genuinely cared about the well being of the people they employed.
We recommended a program to introduce strengths-based leadership and development to our client’s leaders. All leaders took Gallup’s StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment. We met with each leader, individually. Then we met the leadership team. The leaders decided to assess all employees.
